Smoked Albacore Tuna Products

SMOKED YELLOW FIN TUNA

European style smoked Yellow Fin Tuna, traditionally cured then smoked without using any coloring.

Marinated Yellow Fin Tuna Products

Marinated yellow fin tuna products are made by gently curing the tuna fish loin.

Cured tuna products are best used as entrees and are often brushed with flavoured olive oils.

Marinated tuna loins may be hand sliced into 5 mm thick junky slices, or they can be machine sliced, paper thin, to make these Italian style capacious.

SMOKED ALBACORE TUNA

European style smoked Yellow Fin Tuna, traditionally cured then smoked without using any coloring or additives.

Albacore Tuna Products are of a milder red colour than the Yellow Fin tuna products. There is no natural or artificial coloring used in any of these creations.

 

Currently smoked albacore Tuna is available  in traditional and coated with a black and white pepper mixture. Other creations can be made available upon request.
