The whole range of Smoked Salmon Roulade products can be made available pre-portioned and packed in trays of 24 slices (2x12 slices with an interleaf). We suggest a slice size of 25 to 30 gm each. Other slice weights can be made available upon request. |

Fassler’s range of Smoked Salmon Roulade products are ready to eat. The full size versions are 800 gm each where as the mini or cocktail version is 400 gm a roll. |

We have reduced the size of our smoked salmon roulade to make them more attractive looking on your plate. The diameter of the average roulade is 45 to 50 mm. A mini roulade of 400 gm or 35 mm diameter can be made available upon request. |
