Any of the above flavours can be made available portion-cut to just about any size you require.

 

Unlike the 80, 100 or 120 gm portion these products are hot smoked as a whole fillet then frozen and finally portioned to the required size.

 

Portion-cut, hot smoked salmon products are often used by airline caterers on EY main courses. Simply tray up the product while still frozen.
